Itzel Perez has had a fat crush on her friend Steven since they were kids, and all their friends knew about it-even Steven. After years of feeling delusional, Itzel finally gave up on the crush, shocking all of her friends. She had never given up on anything before: not a single game of Monopoly, not a game of tag with her friend Eric from the second grade, not even her failed baking attempts that came out more like science fair projects. But for the first time, she gave up on Steven Hyde and the delusion that he could ever see her as more than a friend.
As the reality that she should move on sets in, things between her and Hyde become more confusing. Were they her delusions, or had he been flirting with her the whole time? Was her crush truly one-sided? Is their friendship over, or are things changing to become something more-too late?

But when Jay and Kate Jenkins (the meanest, most popular cheerleader in school) started dating, her heart was immediately shattered into a million pieces. She knew she couldn't beat Kate since she was a bully, perfect, popular and most of all possessive. She could be scary. Daniel Harper a.k.a. Danny is one of Pel's best friends. He was as nerdy as her and a bit shy too. He knew about her feelings for this Jay guy and he didn't like it at all. You see, he had a secret crush on Pel since they first met and no one knew it except him. Hyde keeps acting weird, and the gang decides to get to the bottom of it. As usual, Hyde doesn't want to deal with his feelings. Set right after Eric's Buddy, but with some slight timeline inconsistencies. ~~~ I love this show with all of my heart, and Hyde is definitely my favourite character. I love writing with these characters because they are so distinct, and quite fun to write with, too. I decided that I wanted to write about how Hyde might deal with his feelings if he had anxiety, and then it kinda turned into him also being bisexual and having more than a little crush on a certain Forman boy. The two siblings have been friends with the same people since the beginning of their childhoods. Janie, however, likes one friend in particular, more than all the rest. His name? Steven Hyde, as the gang calls him, Hyde. The burnout. Janie just can't shake her feelings. What happens when Hyde learns of Janie's secret, and will he feel the same?
