So I'm planning to rewrite this story as I am unhappy with the way it turned out. The ending was rushed, it barely fits the description of a murder mystery, and it's been poorly written with little to no explanation on some details. I will rewrite it once it has been planned out. Eden was a teen whose mother had just passed away in a fatal accident, his father turning to alcoholism to drown his sorrows left Eden alone with himself. One night when he couldn't sleep, contemplating his life without his mother. Something calls to Eden, causing him to leave the comfort of his own home. Falling down a well and into a brand new realm full of upside down logic. Follow Eden as he traverses the new environment and figure out why he was brought here and how to escape. This story is mature :) Also I have no idea how to categorize this I was at first saying horror because of the minor psychological horror aspects but now I don't know. Flee the Forest(Horror story)
((This is targeted to people 16+)) The smell of blood was overwhelming. The scent of the short teen used to have was gone, replaced with the putrid smell of death and rot that covered the whole room and the killer himself. Blood smudged all over the teen and onto the older man as he attempted to escape. He got hungry and tired. He just wanted to eat and then sleep. He was preparing the girl, cutting her body apart and tearing the flesh off the bones, which is why the room was such a mess with her blood. Now, he had the boy in his hands. The hunger overtook him. The sharp pain of large "canine" teeth being plunged into his neck made Cameron scream. It was cut short, his whole body freezing up as the crazy man sunk his large fangs into his neck, ripping a large chunk of the boy's flesh in between his teeth. The pain only got worse when he felt the killer tug harshly, pulling his flesh out... ----- A gang of delinquents becomes lost in a forest, pursued by a frightening masked figure. He hunts them down individually, resembling a stalking wolf, wielding a crude knife fashioned from animal bones. As they struggle to survive, the teens also grapple with the harsh environment that challenges them.
