I have read a few Izuku joins 1-B stories recently and decided to try my hand it as well. In this story Izuku will learn the meaning of true friendship and Aizawa will learn to use GOSH DARN BRAIN! Also there were a few major plot holes or discrepancies in the cannon that made no sense to me and to I assume most of the fan base as well.
