Eir's whole existence gets turned on her head when she learns of the wizarding world and her place in it. Attending Hogwarts was nothing like she ever imagined, and it doesn't help that a certain blond haired bully adds to her list of new experiences.
Join Eir on her crazy magical journey, through danger and peril, to crushes and friends, and above all else self improvement.

This is an AU of harry potter where first year starts the kids off as 14 year olds. (yes ik sorry to mess up the whole "11 years old and a first year, 12 years old and a second year" but for my story there are more adult themes and I need the charcter to be older than 11. . .)
I'm also of the opinion that J.K Rowling absolutely DESTROYED her characters due to them all being so young when everything happened.

Hogwarts is still the school of witchcraft and wizardry but it's more of a highschool to university kind of education. That way the homework the teachers assign is equivalent to the work the students have to accomplish.

Trigger warnings:
        Mental heath issues
        Adult content (later)
        Trama and PTSD
        Major character death
        Angst and tension

I'd like to be clear before anyone starts reading . . . This is spit from my brain and I like it, I'm writing this for me and sharing it cause I can, if you don't like it . . . That's just too darn bad ain't it

Don't be afraid to give constructive criticism or feedback tho! I'd love to hear what readers think 😉

I welcome comments on improvements I can make to my writing, I don't tolerate cyber-bullying of any kind.

Please be nice and enjoy the story!

How did it feel? It felt like he was barely holding it together. She, of all people, should shun him. Or yell at him. Curse him. Spit at him. Take out her wand and blast him off the face of the earth. It was crushing guilt and relief and confusion all at once when he looked at Hermione Granger. The monotony of Draco's daily routine had become both a lifeline and a noose. But this new habit of grabbing morning coffee with Hermione Granger is quickly becoming a reason to get out of bed and is unfortunately forcing him to re-evaluate his inconsequential existence. Hermione is living her life in fragments, separate pieces scattered about, and she can't find a way to step back and let the full picture form. Why is morning coffee with Draco Malfoy the only thing that makes sense anymore? *cover art created by @eternallyreadinggoodthings
