As the sun shone bright upon the city of L'manberg, Tommy sat on the edge on the roof, feeling the rays it revitalize him. He breathed in, finally calm like the sun who took his time traveling across the sky.

Tommy's moment of peace is cut off by a large bang.

He sighs, gets off the edge and puts on his mask. He goes towards the sound of the large noise to find out it was not a mugging like he thought.

Needless to say he was not ready for an encounter with the syndicate today.

He eventually makes it to a city. Large buildings are fallen over and the ones still standing have busted out windows and/or have smoke and fire coming from them. He can hear distant screams and yells and gunshots. There are people passing him that are strange. They're badly injured and walk slightly hunched over. Some are missing limbs, and some are missing and eye, or both. They don't even appear to be alive to the boy. They look his way but don't mind him. Tommy is confused and scared. He can slightly remember this place to be his once home, and it makes him upset that's it's gone to such shit, and scared by everyone's screams and the fires and the fighting, and mostly, the fact that some people are eating each other. Vigilante benchtrio The rewrite of my vigilante duology Tommy ducked into a back alley as the flashing lights rounded the corner. He watched from the darkness as police ran up the street, along with the people in white. No doubt looking for him and his brothers. He doesn't know why they're looking for them, they are only kids. But he knows his brothers were terrified, and stressed how important it was to stay hidden. Tommy held his breath as the people searched, ducking behind a dumpster as a flashlight beam swept across the alley. He poked his head out once he heard the sirens fade. His ears standing upright as he picked up on the faint buzz of his brother's wings. "I think they're gone for now." His other brother said, appearing a little ways away from him. "Why can't they leave us alone?" Tommy asked sadly. "Because we are free." Tubbo said. "This doesn't feel like freedom." "I know Tommy, one day we'll actually be free." Ranboo said, holding a hand to both of them. The three of them were whisked away in a swirl of purple.
