My Lycan girl (Unleashed!) Sonic x reader

You are a Lycan mobian with beautiful silvery white fur and big blue eyes with a heart of gold. You have two forms, One of a wolf and the other of a werewolf that's just a bigger, taller, bulkier and stronger version of yourself. You are one of Sonic's first friends right after he became the hero of mobius. You both met in the mobius forest at winter time, you found him passed out in the snow and with all sorts of wounds. You lifted him back to your little cave and huddled against him to keep him warm. When he woke up he was in utter shock but you managed to calm him down. One thing led to another and you two became good friends. You continued to take care of him till the he was healed and he was internally grateful. What happens when Sonic becomes just like you and has sudden feelings?
