Kyou Adachi is a highschooler, vocalist and bassist for the band Lanternfly with his two best friends, Takumi and Emi, and lives with his two older sisters, the twins, Kaori and Kuniko.

He's doing his best to strive for excellence with his band, hoping to secure a future for himself in the music industry, all the while getting closer to the guitarist of Kessoku Band, Hitori Gotoh, who he met at this school's culture festival.

How could anything ever go wrong in this simple love story? The luck of a bass guitarist. That's what.
