Sam is a person who has to deal with the fact that he has a unique power that is widely sought out by werewolves to be claimed and owned. The power is to heal all wounds and strengthen a person. This power is often found within wolves but Sam is a human born into a werewolf family who keeps his abilities secret while looking for someone powerful to ''have'' him.
