This is the Sequel to Poisonous Fangs; please read this story first, or the tale here may not make any sense at all in intervals!

Hadrian has set the bar for the War of Blood and Thunder in the Wizard World and the Rebellion that the Necromancers were waging to his people for his former heritage. He has all the cards lined up and ready to be used as he wants...he only needs time to execute his plans.

His courtesans danced with him dangerously as they all smiled with bright eyes and beamed amid the Villa and the Underground Palace as the Jewels of the Royal Court of Courtesans. They wove webs of words, soft lies, and they sowed unseeable death. They saw and heard all; defended Hadrian with their whole lives on the line. Which meant, so too does Hadrian see and hear, the King of the Sanguine Night who now sits on the Throne of Liquid Blood with an iron fist and a cunning smile amid his devilish looks.

The lands of the Poisoned Fangs clan are under siege; yet now, one would never know that unless the armies of his enemies marched directly to his door; which they wouldn't do. Not after the brazen attack that took so many last year. The court and the nobility lounged in a wealth of blood, food, and wine as they partied and talked business while the common people were now more free to continue daily lives as wished.

But the game was going to soon become deadly.

And oh how Virgil wished, cause then maybe he wouldn't be stuck in a gang war. It wasn't too bad, at least he wasn't one of the muscle men, he was just a weaponsmith. And he had a friend, sure it was Janus who would constantly mess with him like a younger brother but better than nothing. Especially since years prior he wanted nothing to do with the gang he was in, named Wolfsbane. And even now, he wanted nothing to do with Bleeding Rose, their gang's opponent. Bleeding Rose was run by two men, twins, and there was a bounty on their heads. So of course, Janus goes after them, dragging Virgil into his mess. However, although Bleeding Rose was a young gang, the leaders were not easy to kill. And soon, Janus and Virgil learned they weren't easy to resist either. The two of them find themselves teetering between both of the gangs, trying to not be killed by either, while also evading the police. The ships are prinxiety, demus, and logicality I will display content warnings at the beginning for every chapter as needed, which will include death (not main character), blood, gore, drugs/alcohol, kidnapping, and cursing.
