The world shifts, for nothing will be the same---
Thirty three years ago, the world changed. Natural disasters strike the globe at an increased intensity and rate. To most, it's an unexplained phenomenon beyond the reaches of cutting edge science, with an unreachable answer.
Or maybe there's an explanation behind it after all. One not found in rational methodology, but in otherworldly dimensions...
For a select group of people, their lives will be changed forever as they gain the power to transform into beings in search of twenty four artifacts that are said to be the keys to restoring another world whose fate is connected to their own.
This is a magical girl story with multiple MCs. The PoV shifts every chapter.

I give a big thanks to the girl @lil_moony for creating the cover! Ahh ahah I'm so happy thank youuu! READ THE THING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DESCRIPTION. Soooo.... The zodiacs are all surprisingly good friends and decided living in one big house for the summer together. This is the closest they been and maybe some might get a bit closer :) But maybe...some might face heartbreak or betrayal.. These 12 friends don't have a clue what's going to happen this year...but they'll make sure it'll be good.. {I actually really hate this story *cries*} {I wrote this when I was a cringe little kid so just be prepared to read BAD storytelling, horrible grammar, probably even worse spelling, and just yucky things. I'm considering of just rewriting the whole story but that's gonna take WAY too long. For now, have this trash but soon, I'll work on it} hope you enjoy:) love rules ~ (note: relationships that actually happen, you probably won't expect throughout the story so if you believe two zodiacs are gonna end up together through an interaction , it doesn't mean they will and most likely will not. This story is about a Kingdom with 12 villages around Kingdom. But in each village a child with a mark on their hands when they are born, to tell their parents that they are special. This children grow up and maybe find each other. The children's mark is a Zodiac Sign on them. They are born with the features. Like Leo the lion, he or she will have lion ears and tail, or Scorpio the scorpion will have the scorpion tail, etc. Everyone of them have to find each other. Maybe they found each other when they are children and became friends. One day the King and Queen called all of the them to do something for them. Oh, did I mention they are named after the Zodiacs when they are born. Here comes trouble. In Zodia, an island comprised of 12 Kingdoms all ruled under the same monarchy, there is a tradition. Every fifteen years the Queen's protectors, a group of powerful warriors known as the Zodiacs, are replaced. Being a Zodiac doesn't just come with power and responsibility, it is also fame and fortune. As the current Generation of Zodiacs approach their thirteenth year of service, it is time for the Queen to select a new Generation to begin their training. The book was written by the original Zodiacs themselves centuries ago, hidden safely away at the Academy. Its secrets are heavily guarded, protected by ancient magic that prevents anyone to open it until the time is right. Legend has it that when the book opens, the prophecy will be set into motion. A prophecy that was foretold by the Zodiacs, one that states that the chosen twelve will be able to save all. Save what exactly? And why? No one really knows, most of the lore was lost through the centuries. Time has a way of changing the tale, and the only recording of the original prophecy lies within the Zodiac tome.
