Kim Dahyun spent her childhood in California until her father was told to relocate back to Korea after the project he was in charge of was completed. Despite the land being her motherland, it was still foreign to her. Making friends in school was hard since she joined mid-semester, and everyone had their group, so she mostly spent time alone. Her only friend was a neighbor who was seven years older than her.

Lee Hongki was an aspiring musician. He was a trainee who was going to be part of a band. One day, a new family moved into the house beside his. A little girl often stayed at his home since her parents had to go to work and asked for a favor from his mother to take care of her. She was quiet at first, but as she opened up to him, he started teaching her whenever she had questions about her homework.

Their relationship grew as they chatted about everything that happened throughout the day, but it didn't take long for them to grow apart after he had debuted in a band. It had been years since they contacted each other, but fate brought them back together again.

You're Always Meant to be Mine

4 parts Complete

Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun were both heirs to their parents' endless wealth. Growing up together, they were childhood friends. However, they had a fallout when she dated someone else in highschool. Furious, he took a break from college and enlisted early. When he returned, he took care to always have a girl by his side, and there seemed to be no reason for them to talk anymore. Deep down, Go Eun was sad because she lost the person who could understand her the most. But she pushed her feelings aside to focus on her calling, learning to be an actress. She's going against her father's will, so her father gave her five years as the deadline. If she could win an award for the Best Newcomer Actress, he'll let her be. But if the time passed and she couldn't achieve it, she had to be the CEO her father always wanted her to become. One day, a good friend showed her a script titled "Eungyo." Go Eun believed in the script so much, she wanted to star in it. But her father froze her assets and she was penniless at the moment. So she went to Lee Min Ho, ready to hand him all her shares in her company, something all finance experts would want to covet. Instead, he asked for marriage.
