It starts with a newspaper reporter trying to interview Alex Savage, the war criminal who started an infamous war called 'The war of the hundreds' in America, 2378. The war had ended, and it has been more than 30 years after the surrender of Alex... but the reporter just wants to know more about it.
So here goes a story about Nikki Reynolds, a girl aged 7, and Alex, who was 21 back then.
