Hello everyone, and welcome to my ongoing book of poetry. Elspeth, Nicole, Aurora, Ivy, Mirai, and Florence are all original characters in my fanfiction "Hello, From the Edge of the World." I created this book because I write a lot of poems, when I can, in my free time and felt like sharing them. Whenever I write one I will post it on here, so feel free to read and enjoy them! This book includes:

1. "Nerdy"
2. "The Changing of the Seasons"
3. "Goblin's Gold"
4. "The Theory of Art"

(And for the people who really enjoyed my fanfiction: I am planning on revising it over the summer and changing it to be completely original, so I will be looking forward to have more time in my schedule to do this! I will include more content with Elspeth, Nicole, and the rest of the study group members, add more beef to the ending, and add more poetry as well!)All Rights Reserved

I could feel the tears banging against the barricade just behind my eyelids, the sobs clawing at the walls of my throat... they were demanding to be let out. 2 years following the covid-19 lockdown, 16 year old Isabel De La Cruz feels fumbled and overwhelmed about school re-opening again. Sure, she might be attending Hollywood Performing Arts High, which is a dream come true, but daily encounters with her ex, Harry Goldwyn, is what she loathes about the situation. He's already let her down twice and she's not willing to hurt again, all for the name of love. For Harry, what once felt like home sweet home, now feels like foreign land, with the occasional hint of deja vu. He only moved back from New York in hopes of winning Isabel's heart back. What will it take for Isabel to act less harsh towards the dumbfounded boy and finally forgive him for all his wrongs he never meant to make in the first place? All Harry wants is another chance to make it up to the only girl he's ever truly ever loved. Third's the charm, but is this all too much to ask? Revolving around the fictional setting of Hollywood Performing Arts in Los Angeles, 2 teenagers and their friends stumble through what seems to be a coming of age coveted in clarity. 4 years truly is a long time for everything to change since their initial encounter. I write a lot of lams but I love elams too and wanted to write something with it. ITS A RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CINNAMON ROLLS OKAY I NEED IT!! Anyway, I have never seen a soulmate AU for elams. I've seen it for jamilams but all the elams stories I find are just normal high school or college or AUS. Not saying they don't exist just saying I've never seen one. Basically they meet in College and fall for eachother blah blah blah, I suck at descriptions. Soulmates can write to each other on their arm, their first words are written somewhere on their skin, feeling your soulmates pain, the usual.
