Itachi, Sasuke's older brother, was friends with Naruto's father. That's how he met Naruto, but Sasuke never knew about him, until Naruto's 21st birthday
Naruto loved his Café, that's where he met most of his friends, including his best friend, Kiba.
Naruto also had a HUGE crush on Sasuke, but that was a secret which only Naruto and Kiba knew.
