But a monster reigns over the night, a shadowy creature, a creature that will make anyone feel fear, for fear is this being's weapon. Now, it's the criminals who fear the dark, it's they who long for the dawn, it's they who are afraid of the beginning of the night, for there is a Dark Knight that prowls the city, a monster that is embraced, a monster called Batman.
