In a world where 80% of it's population has a quirk, just having one gives you ground to stand on and a better chance at living as normal of a life as possible. While the other 20% don't have those same exceptions. Why? That is because they are quirk-less. You might think it isn't such a bad thing, but that is until you are attacked, discriminated, neglected and casted out of society.

Izuya Yagi is one of the four children of Toshinori and Inko Yagi. But society knows them as All Might and Green Telek. Life was going great for her as she had loving parents, wonderful and caring siblings, and great friends. That is until her and her siblings Izuku, Izumi and Izuna went to the doctor after turning Four. But what they didn't know was that she was born as one of the beings they would call a mutant.
