Having a crush is anything but easy. Deciding to write a letter to confess is scary. But accidentally switching your crushes locker with the one of the school's biggest bad boy and sliding it into the wrong locker? Now that's just sealing her death sentence. Eliana hoped that at least her death would be swift- or at least, swift enough so that she wouldn't have to witness the absolute horror that would be Ayden Harwood exposing her secret. But of course, life had other plans. "You know that the letter wasn't for you, Ayden." Eliana hissed, eyes filled with horror. "Did your ego really need that much of a boost that you told the team? You know that the entire school will know about it by lunch!" Ayden merely arched a brow in return, the corner of his lips curling upwards into a handsome smirk. "First of all, it was in my locker." He reminded her before his lips curled upwards into a smirk. "It's not my fault that Josh happened to be there when you did and couldn't keep his mouth shut." Ayden took a step closer then, forcing Eliana one back that left her pressed against her locker. Forest-green eyes gleamed with amusement as he leaned his hand on the locker next to her head. "Though, I am always happy to correct the rumors and say who the letter was actually meant to be for." He lowered his voice, and Eliana's eyes widened in horror. "No!" She quickly returned, panicking. "That would only make it worse!" Ayden let out a thoughtful hum, drinking in her adorably flustered expression. "Well, that leaves us with only one option." Eliana frowned, expression displaying her caution. "And that would be?" Ayden tilted his head down, bringing their faces closer and when she saw his smile, she knew she was in trouble. Though, nothing could have prepared her for what he said next, "Making you my girlfriend." - In which she slipped her confession letter into the wrong locker- and somehow ends up with the school's bad boy as her pretend boyfriend.
