When Vita Stephens moves with her older sister Carrie for the summer she plans to eat junk food, and avoid boy's. Her sister Carrie, has other plan's. She wants Vita to get together with the yummy next door neighbor. Vita has to leave her beautiful home in alaska to come to florida. For most people this would sound like an amazing summer. Living with a sister who has no rules, no reprucussions, and is trying to set you up with a nice piece of eye candy. Not too mention ditching freezing cold for surf and sun! Hmm?
