I was running...running endlessly trying to find the door in this long dark hallway At the end of the hallway i finally found the front door ' i finally escaped ' i thought as i made it through the door into the front of the house I ran, ran as fast as my tiny legs could allow me to move...as i reached the front gate my body froze in fear All i heard was a dark chuckle from Him. My hand slaps against my mouth as I try to shut myself up. Don't make too much noise...or he'll hear you. A vehicle's door opens then slams shut. I don't hear footsteps...but as the minutes go by I begin to hear them; the footsteps get louder and louder and louder, matching the sound of my thundering heart.
