Nova O'Connell is the biggest hopeless romantic ever.
Ever person she falls for, she holds on to till the last second. Getting over someone is her worst nightmare, and the one thing she's horrible at. She tries to soothe her worries with pranks, sports and other things, but her eyes always seem to get drawn to her most recent ex, Kiara Brown, who she can never seem to take her eyes off of.
Nova's parents, siblings, and close friends have all tried to talk her out of loving such a jerk, but she never listens. She only learns her lesson when the prank ends up hurting someone.
That's when her parents decide on the bold idea to send her to a summer camp. Instead of letting her lounge in the comfort of her room, she'd be sharing a cabin with strangers, and doing activities that she did not plan on thinking of this summer. Her parents thing it's good for her, to try to get her mind off of Kiara and to learn her lesson with her pranks, but Nova thinks otherwise.
Thankfully her sister Billie O'Connell, and her best friends Jenna Ortega, and Conan Gray will be with her to make sure she doesn't cause any chaos, and doesn't die of boredom.
However those three aren't the only people that she recognizes on this agonizing trip...
Sabrina Carpenter, Nova's rival, happens to be at this camp, her blonde hair illuminated in the sunlight makes her easy to spot in a crowd. She's as beautiful as she is evil.
The two absolutely despise each other, they take any chance to ruin one one another, and their behavior doesn't change when they spot each other in the same vicinity.
Only when one of their pranks goes too far and the counselors send them to a cabin for the kids who misbehave, do they get to know each other.
And that trip seemed to uncover how their feelings for one another might actually be..
