After the disaster with the collector and Belos, everything goes back to normal. Well not necessarily back to normal, most things have changed. But hey, change is better than Luz leaving the boiling isles and never getting to see her family and friends ever again.

Four years later after the events had taken place, Luz turns eighteen years old and is getting ready to head off for college, they're working on getting the collector into school along with Vee. But things don't turn out the way they're supposed to be. 

Will Luz experience her perfect expectations of being at college?
