Danganronpa is a video game series that is a visual novel with a murder mystery game. The series has gained a big fanbase due to its unique gameplay mechanics, intriguing storyline, and memorable characters.
The theme of the game is that a group of students is trapped inside a school by a bear named Monokuma. The only way to escape is to kill another student and get away with it during the class trial. If the killer is identified, they are executed. If not, the killer is allowed to leave the school, while everyone else is punished.
