Sometime there are extra scenes or lines for characters. Nezuko is still a demon, and all the Twelve Kizuki, including Muzan and the Lower Rank Demons (e.g., Enmu and Rui), are also alive. Additionally, the trio of Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu exists.
