Maeve was born in the countryside; she had a loving family and a plan for the future. She was going to take over their farm and animals but that plan changed. Due to some complications Maeve is now an orphan and betrothed to the heir to the throne. As much as she hated her new life she still wanted to be accepted and fit in but a series murders kept everyone on their toes and Maeve found herself unable to trust anyone, especially the two royal Killian brothers - one of which was her betrothed.
