Jonas Wells is a quiet boy wanting more but is stuck in his own head, as he feels that he has no choice but to dream of what could have been and what could be...even if he knows what may happen if he goes back to reality. And Collin Price, a boy who is haunted by lies and secrets he must keep from those he loves most, only to hurt himself more day after day. Brought together by surprise, they begin to find comfort and support in one another; peeling back the layers they have hidden themselves with and facing the inner demons they have been tormented by so many times. Sharing their stories with each other, they realize they have more in common, Support quickly turns into friendship...and maybe even something more. However, with this romance comes many challenges they must face, and their new young adult lives and plans create tension that puts them to the test. Will they persevere through the hard times? Or will the pressure become too much to handle? T.W. This story will address issues such as depression, coming out, self-harm, thoughts of suicide, substance and alcohol use, and sexual acts. If any of these topics make you uncomfortable, please proceed with caution. Frey Sanders isn't a shy guy. He is a lot of things - obnoxiously loud, over-confident, spoiled - but shy was never even in the list of words to describe him. He has enough confidence to have lots of friends, not considered to be the most popular in school, but definitely a welcomed guest at most tables during lunch. And as the son of the owner of the most popular club in town, his image is nowhere near being ruined. It all becomes a bit complicated when he pisses off the wrong people, and they decide on teaching him a lesson in humility. What they aren't aware of, are the raging fights inside Frey's own mind that he struggles with every day. With an over-bearing mother, a mostly absent father and his own mind messing with him, will Frey be able to handle their revenge? A group of friends teams up, coming up with a plan to get back at Frey; all with a different reason. But Frey responds to everything a whole lot different from what they expected. How will they teach Frey a lesson, if he turns the table and the plan backfires in their faces?
