Mario and Luigi are starting a business called "The Plumber Brothers." They even had a little sister name Y/N that dreams of becoming a dancer, but things go downhill for her. Her friends left her to join a new group, her boyfriend cheats on her with a new girl, and she's losing some of herself. When her brothers suggested letting her come along to help with the plumbing job, she would end up in an unknown world across another universe. They learn that a bad guy named Bowser wants to rule the world and plans to marry the princess. There was a change of plans until Bowser saw someone who looked more attractive than Princess Peach.
