We had it all - LN4
Lando and Megan met when they were just ten years old, attending the same school. From the moment they crossed paths, they became inseparable - best friends in every sense of the word. At sixteen, friendship quietly turned into something more. They confessed their feelings and started dating, officially beginning what felt like the start of forever. For the next seven years, Megan stood by Lando's side as he chased his dream of becoming a Formula One driver. And while he pushed for podiums and pole positions, Megan pursued her own path, studying to become a physiotherapist. Together, they dreamed of a future - a home, a family, a life built on love and years of trust. But all of that shattered the day Megan returned to Monaco. She'd come back early - a quiet surprise after visiting family in the UK for a birthday. She walked through the door expecting everything to be as she left it. Instead, what she found tore everything apart. That was nearly four years ago. Now, Megan lives in the UK, raising her three-year-old son, Noah - her entire world. She's done her best to move on, to rebuild the life that once seemed lost. But fate has its own plans. At the Goodwood Festival of Speed, as engines roar and crowds surge, Noah slips from her grasp, darting off through the crowd. Megan chases after him - heart racing, calling his name - until she finds him somewhere he absolutely shouldn't be. In a restricted area. With someone she never expected to see again. And in that moment, as eyes lock and silence falls - everything changes. Because nearly four years later, the truth is about to come out. ---- Dual POV All fictional - don't take any storyline seriously or hate upon any characters. lover of mine | Franco Colapinto
Madelaine Leclerc stepped into the paddock for the first time since the Italian Grand Prix in 2019, her older brother, Charles, most important career win due to this day. The world of motorsport had once been her home, but after nearly four years away, caused because of a breakup, school finals and the start of university, the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend of 2023 marked her hesitant return. At just 19, the Monegasque girl was no stranger to the adrenaline-fueled chaos of racing, yet something felt different this time. Franco Colapinto, a rising Argentine star, was making his Formula 3 debut, his mind set on proving himself on the world stage. The weekend was his chance to leave a mark, to show that he belonged among the best. But before the first race even began, an unexpected collision-off the track-threw him off balance. Madelaine hadn't meant to walk straight into him. One moment, she was navigating the paddock, lost in her own thoughts, and the next, she found herself face-to-face with the determined rookie. A brief apology turned into an unexpected conversation, and in that moment, their paths intertwined in ways neither of them had anticipated. As the engines roared and the desert sun blazed over the Bahrain International Circuit, their meeting became the beginning of something neither of them saw coming. Between the pressure of racing, the thrill of competition, and the unspoken weight of past and future expectations, Madelaine and Franco found themselves drawn to each other. But in a world where every second counts and dreams are built-or shattered-at 300 km/h, was there room for something more than just racing?
