When Henry Bowers has a younger brother who hangs out with the total losers of the school, better known as the Losers Club. Tormented for the smallest possible things.

Sebastian and his 4 friends (Bill, Stan, Richie and Eddie) come across a clown that has caused trouble and deaths. They make friends with other victims of Seb's brother (Mike and Ben) as well as 'the school's biggest slut' (Bev).

When 2 of the boys catch feelings for one another after along friendship what will happen if their friends find out and make jokes about it, but if the Bowers gang also find out about Seb liking the boy with a stutter.
