The Perks of Loving Summer

Two girls. One past.

Without a family of their own, Summer Monroe and her younger sister Harper, have been moving from place to place for years. Summer only cares for Harper and whether she's safe or not. Never being able to trust anyone, they never stay in one place for more than a month.

CPS has been hunting them for years, but one thing the Monroe sisters aren't is stupid. Crazily, they run into one of the Pogues while running from CPS.

The girls find 'family' among the differences of who they find, and where they came from. One lies to be someone she's not in hopes of being a kook. One expectedly finds family in the hardest of situations.

What will happen to the Monroe sisters as they both live opposite lives? How can differences really change what once was close siblings?
