After a harrowing battle with Caleb, the boys find themselves back in their human forms, given a second chance to relive their lives and finally find closure. But for Reggie, the transition is not as smooth as he hoped. Haunted by memories of childhood trauma, confused about his feelings for his bandmate, Luke, and questions about his sexuality, he struggles to navigate his way through this second chance.
Meanwhile, Luke finds himself torn between his feelings for Reggie or Julie, and grappling with the weight of his biggest regret. As he tries to come to terms with the traumatic events of his past, he must confront his fears of Caleb's return and find a way to finally complete his life.
