The harbor is filled with merchant fleets of steamboats. Traveling the world, they leave a little piece of every culture within Hong Kong, the largest trade center in Asia. The city itself is a staggering mix of European and Asian culture.
Eighteen year old Brooks is avoiding her competitors and the law, her shady reputation working as an asset rather than a weakness.
