Time is infinite but it waits for no-one. What little things can Time observe?
I never write short stories but a friend gave me some inspiration a few years ago. He had inherited an old little clock and he said to me, "You! You're good with words. This wee clock must have seen a lot in over a hundred years so I want you to write a story."
