Alice Jennings loves early mornings and running. She is just a normal sport-loving girl- or so she thinks. After waking up on her 18th Birthday from a reoccurring nightmare, her whole world comes crashing down. It is believed that her grandfather will stop at nothing to get revenge on his daughter- Alice's mother- for betraying his wishes and leaving for true love.

To top things off, her assistant coach, Chris, looks exactly like the man from her nightmares. He is not only really nice, but he also seems to want to know every last detail about Alice.
