If I could have taken it back, everything, I wouldn't have because here he is, his bright green eyes staring down at me and his arms holding me tightly to him as if he had let go, I would have gotten away from him yet again. His smile seeped inside of me, seeming to heal these scars I was left with.
Brin, for almost four years now, raised her child as a teenager without the father. Her sad and conflcited past left her with scars she thought might never heal. But that was until she met someone who, despite her past, cares about her like her ex boyfriend didnt.
But when Nick, the baby's father, decides to come out from the shadows, he suddenly realizes that he wants to take in Brin and their child. Brin finds herself comfclicted with her past and her near future.

Brooklyn Robins was left to be raised by her 7 brothers after her mom died and dad had abandon them a few years prior.
