Nora is haunted by intense nightmares in a world where everyone has a Counterpart, an identical copy of themselves on the other side of the world. Only the best were chosen to be copied (the rest were killed), creating two halves of the world: the Control and the Experiment. The Masters created the Experiment group to perform experimental neurological and genetic procedures on in an attempt to perfect mankind. Nora is a Control, one of the original humans. She was copied as a baby and hasn't seen her copy since; none of the Controls have ever seen the other side. The most important law is that no one can leave their side, or the world would collapse and everything the Masters have worked for would be for nothing. But when Nora's nightmares begin, she is scared. No one has dreams any more, not since the Divide. And these were not normal dreams; they were like visions, intensely vivid and almost like memories - memories from the other side.

COMPLETED, IN THE PROCESS OF EDITING To our creators, it was a simple plan. They would send us in, wait for us to take out the Prime Order Director, and then make sure we were never heard from again. By killing us, they would become heroes, and the world would see what we were capable of. People would see that the future was in Paragons like us. But they didn't realize just how powerful we were. They didn't count on us turning on them. Now the Prime Order wants to hide us from the world. They want us to forget who we are and what we can do. They think they can succeed in controlling us, but they won't. Our creators will come for us, but when they do, we'll be ready. They may have their machines and their weapons, but we have each other. And we have our powers. We are Paragons. We are Skyfall. In a future where genetic modification and robotic armor suits are commonplace, Katana Wilder just wants peace for herself and her adopted family. She wants to forget her years of training as an assassin and live a normal life. But when the company that created them comes back for revenge, she must put aside her reservations and fight for her freedom.
