"Perhaps? For a little man, you seem to not know where you are from. That or you just think I am some grave robber who likes to murder petty folk. That isn't true, though. So, I'll ask again: are you the gentleman of Belen?" The stranger kneeled towards the lock, his hood barely sat on his head.

Arden ignored the question. "Who are you?"

"My Mother calls me darling and my father calls me idiot, but I prefer my own name: Jonathan. I've answered you're question, now how about you repay me the favour?"

"Arden Halen, the little gentleman from Belen."

Life for Arden Halen consisted of simple things: tea, biscuits, his brother and restful nights. For the little gentleman of Belen, the word adventure meant nothing to him but a chorus of vowels and syllables. But when disaster strikes the Empire and his own world, the course of history will be altered forever.
