Astrophysicist Matilda Keating had spent much of her scientific career working with the greatest minds of the 21st Century. Her biggest achievement to date was being credited for contributions to Hawking's work regarding black hole thermodynamics.
For the last couple of months, she'd been working on a new project, the Event Horizon Telescope Project. Matilda had been tasked with heading a team of physicists and engineers at Cambridge University, where she worked as a lecturer.
