"I'm not crazy mom please," I pleaded a nurse restraining me from grabbing ahold of mother, another sticking a needle to my already weak frame. The tears rushing through her face like the flow of a river. She grabbed my younger brother, Dylan as if protecting him from me. "I'm not crazy," Was the last they heard from me.

Holding my hand tight in his, he whispered, "Will you remember it all? For me?" His eyes were brimming with tears and I watched his throat choke on the words he wanted to say. "No," I replied resolutely. Letting his chin drop to his chest, he released a sob so soft, I wonder if I conjured it in my imagination. I felt two hot tears drop onto my wrist and I squeezed his hand with all of my strength. "I won't remember it all," I said, "Because you are more than just a memory to me."
