This AU takes place before the last two episodes of Season 4 (before Hawkmoth steals all the Miraculous)
Adrien revoked the Chat Noir Miraculous to leave Paris for a few weeks, revealing his true identity to Ladybug.
Weeks turn into months, and months turn into years. Now Adrien is back in Paris after 6 years, ready for his everyday life, but everything has changed.
Although Ladybug returns him his miraculous, the love of his life can't stand him anymore!
In this aloof lonely world, the only person he finds solace with is Marinette as Chat Noir, unknown of Ladybug's real identity.
To his surprise, she isn't the only one who yearns for him more than his life! Now he has to choose between two; the love of his life and a lover from a non-existing timeline!

This story is a fan interpretation inspired by the upcoming GL series Pls Love starring Lena and Miu. While waiting for their series to begin filming and eventually be released, I wanted to imagine what their story might feel like - to give fans a small taste of the emotions, tension, and romance we might see on screen. This adaptation follows the same general premise and conflicts of the original novel, but it is written purely from my imagination. The characters keep the names Lena and Miu instead of the original names from the novel. Since I haven't been able to find a full English adaptation or translation of the novel, this story is based only on the summary and a few excerpts I have come across.
