Feliciano Vargas had just moved into his new home, with his elder brother, Lovino Vargas. They are a bit nervous, since they moved to the United States from Italy.
They see a lot of differences from the U.S from Italy. More technology, more modern structures, and a LOT of people. The food also surprised them. At least they had, ahem, “Pastaaa~”
They don't see much people from different countries at first, but when they see their new neighbors, they feel right at home.

Soviet Union was totally wrecked by third Reich , their military was reduced and replaced by the German's , German's bases was set up and new way of governing was created . Soviet was angered but accepted it in the end , there's nothing he could do . The united states and the great Britain was quiet , the other super power was unable to do anything .
