Long ago, Earth was attacked by a great evil known as the Titans.

Praying to the Heavens, humanity's prayers were answered by six warriors who fought off the evil and became ever-cemented in history as Gods, upon sealing the wicked within a box.


Thousands of Years later, humanity is faced yet again with the wicked Titans. It is now up to the reincarnation of the six Gods to take up the mantle of Humanities guardians and defend them to the bitter end.

Hopefully, they can achieve the same as their past lives did.

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. Long ago, 4 gods ruled over humanity since their beginning, but after growing bored, they decided to play a game with humanity. Dividing their power into 52 cards that give humans a part of their power, the gods then disappeared leaving behind a prophecy that said one card wielder would rule over them. The rest of humanity then began hunting down the 52 card users with extreme violence, but since a card would randomly pass to another person in the world, they began imprisoning them. Years past, now in modern-day, a boy hurt and scared because of the hunt for the card wielders, blames the gods and so the Devil bestowed upon him their card.
