Working at the Underworld Office has been the happiest Eugene's been their entire life. Well... that was until Boss fired them for sleeping early. With seemingly nothing left to live for, Eugene stopped taking care of themselves until their body couldn't take it anymore.

There's been a mass outbreak of nightmares happening around the city lately and the Underworld Office is stumped by this phenomenon. Whoever the culprit is is incredibly good at hiding as they always manage to not be seen after the nightmares are gone. However, the ghosts finally got a lead on the culprit.

If only they knew who they were up against.

This one will be slightly different, however the base of the story will be the same. If you read the first one you will notice that Adeline has a but different personality. It's been four years since Addie joined the ghosts in the Underworld office, enjoying her peaceful days as dead. Until her brother asks Boss for a favour concerning a former evil spirit with amnesia. Who could've thought that one spirit would change the entire Office upside down. *major spoilers for game Charlie in Underworld from Buff studio and my previous work Underworld office. Characters do not belong to me - they belong to Buff studio. Only Addie and Victor belong to me. (Yes Victor appears for like 5 seconds but he may or may not appear in the future hehe. No promises tho) TW - if you have problems with any of the following, please refrain from reading this work. Seriously, take care of yourself: Death Sharp objects Blood Mental health issues Swearing + all of the trigger warnings from the actual game (Don't be afraid to contact me if there is something I forgot about. I tried to cover everything, but just in case. Thanks!) Be prepared for an unholy amount of bad jokes and puns regarding death. I refuse to apologise for that. You've been warned. Also all of the characters changed a lot so don't come at me when they are different from the previous work. Also my writing changed a bit, so there's that. Same as the previous work there are no romantic ships in this. All of the Office ghosts + Eugene are one big (almost happy) found family and that is were it ends. This is a story heavily inspired by the game The Underworld office but I added one more character - Eugene's twin Addie. She is main protagonist of the story. It's told form her POV.
