By the Shore, Where I met You

An ordinary high school boy goes to the beach for a quick recharge from everything, when he sees a pretty, beautiful girl on the shore, he tries to go up to her and ask for her name but she runs away and disappears suddenly, is she just an imagination? Or a spirit? Will both get along or not?
