June receives a worrying call from an old friend in regards to her first and only love. Although they parted on bad terms, a love that ran as deep as theirs doesn't go away too easily.
London, England. January 20th, 2031
June is an adult now, her own person, she's built a life to be proud of. But a Monday evening in January has the power to awaken something that had been long forgotten inside of her, when she recognises a familiar face in a crowded room.
'See You Later' is a short story about second chances and timing. It is a piece that speaks to me deeply because I too have hopes to get another try with some things, some people.
This story is so so special to me and I'm terrified and excited and elated to share it.

She let out a surprised gasp as she suddenly found herself pressed up against him. She shivered involuntarily as she felt his breath fan her face and stiffened again as she realized how close his face was to her own. •••••••• A story about a group of friends going after the boys they've been secretly in love with for all of high school.
