You can have multiple soulmates but if you don't get a name you don't have a soulmate. If your soulmate is older than you they will get there name and mark but you wont get yours and vice-versa.

Kirishima's soulmate is always shouting or trying not to, being the idiot he is, he has no fucking clue on who his soulmate is.
