Magic was originally gifted to women for healing and protecting their families during the dark times while the men were away.
...Until a boy emerged, able to preform the arts. Resenting the women for refusing to teach him, he decided to steal the knowledge for himself. Saiyah, a girl forsaken by her family for having magic because it seemed to be the work of the demons. After a traumatizing run in the Green Wizard himself, Saiyah finally understood the dangers of being a magiker. In order to control herself, she is to be send to the Banthikaar Wizardry Academy to train.
But when a foe from the past makes a reappearance, Saiyah remembers the pain and everything that was taken from her.
So she must decide: Stay loyal to her newfound friends and learn to control herslef? ...Or give in to the darkness and risk everything to get revenge on the man who murdered her mother?
