You may not know my story, but I'm here to tell it in a way that might shock you. I've lived in Hawkins, Indiana, before, but in a hidden gem where many people didn't know I existed. My parents did not have the best relationship, which led to the decision to divorce. I had to say goodbye to my home of Hawkins and left with my mom to start a new life in Chicago, where I've been living for the past 18 months.


Until recently, when I received an anonymous phone call stating that my father was in critical condition. He needed his daughter by his side.... as far as I know, I was his only daughter, but then I  remembered all the letters my father wrote to me about having a new family in Hawkins, and I should meet my half-sister Robin who he tells stories to about me all the time. Without hesitation, I said the news about Dad to Mom, and she wasn't pleased; as much as he was my father, she never denied the feeling of hatred and betrayal that he caused her when they were together, and she never wanted to see him again. Still, I decided to go to say my goodbyes if need be.All Rights Reserved

Also in this story you are Victoria, so if their is anything you want to change like outfits, or substitute in a different hair color or whatever, feel free to do so. I'm also thinking about making y/n stories because like yeah... Moving into the small town of Hawkins during her sophomore year of high school wasn't a treat, but she didn't let it ruin her spirits too much. In fact, she even made some new friends along the way. Granted, most of them were in middle school and were major nerds, but that didn't bother her. She even joined in on some of their DnD campaigns whenever they invited her. It was fun, that was until one of the kids, Will, went missing. Along the way to finding him, (Y/N) befriends some people from her own school, including the goody-two-shoes Nancy Wheeler, and her boyfriend, Steve "The Hair" Harrington. She never really understood why everyone was obsessed with Steve. Or was everyone obsessed with his hair? She never knew. He could be a real asshole sometimes, too. But for whatever reason, she finds herself becoming closer with him the more they hang out. AN: This will end up being a Steve x OC fic but I don't want to rush his character arch (which was so well done in the series). I'm also not going to focus on romantic relationships as I think it's important to explore familial love and relationships too (plus George is like 12 and I can't be doing with people shipping 12 year olds).
