"Violet I like you a lot, this isn't just some fling," he took a final step toward me and placed both hands on the wall besides my head so I was trapped. I gulped at his words. Because if I'm going to tell him and risk our friendship I need to know that I'm not going to catch you making out with some cheerleader next week," Austin leaned his head forward and nuzzled into my neck. "I want to try and make this work," he said huskily before trailing kisses up my neck and along my jaw. "The lights flashed in my eyes. They were too bright, my eyes went black. Then there was a deafening crash. "Rebecca!" My dad cried, then nothing. I woke up soaked in sweat. My whole body ached from memory of the nightmare. I checked the time on my phone. 4:27am Wow, it was late for me. Almost 6 hours. I groaned, rolling over and turning on the lamp. I slid on shorts over my underwear and pulled sneakers over my feet. I sighed, remembering it was cold. But I didn't care and kept going, slamming the door shut behind me. "But since dad's pregnant mom figured out that I was." "Let me guess the house is immaculate, the kitchen is only healthy food and your mom hid his coffee maker?" "Yes. I had a vegan bagel with light cream cheese for breakfast. It was okay but I like the full flavor, full fat kind better." "Hmm, vegan that would be healthy." "Don't you dare." I knew he was teasing but the thought made me want to vomit. "I would never. Any other requests." "A kiss when I get home." "I'll make it a good one." we chatted for a few minutes then I went back to work and he continued shopping. My afternoon was normal for the most part. When it hit four I packed up my laptop and papers in my messenger bag and grabbed my empty travel cup. Going to dads office I check in before I leave. As I head to the front door everyone I pass congratulates me on being pregnant again. I just accept it and hope they aren't going to plan anything big to celebrate.Terminé
