After escaping from Serrok Castle and the Kingdom of Istamid as a whole, Kaz, Rhenor, and Elaya find themselves marooned on an island after being shot down by people from a town called Rethan-a strange place where no magic can be used. While they mean no harm to Elaya or Rhenor, the same cannot be said for Kaz. As the two do their best to rescue their friend, though, it slowly becomes clear that Rethan's plans for Kaz are much more sinister than they originally seemed.

The town hides a dark secret, and it's up to Rhenor and Elaya to make sure Kaz doesn't end up being its latest victim.

14 parts Complete Mature

Now that Caldor and Idriseth are together, everything seems to be going right for once. Cal is still bitter and angry after what happened to his guildmates, but he tries to put it all aside, move on, and focus on the new life path that's in front of him. That is until he runs into an old friend he thought was dead. While Cal is ecstatic that Kyra is alive, her dislike of dragons quickly makes things complicated. But even as Caldor struggles to figure out how to explain everything to Kyra while avoiding upsetting both her and Idri, something much worse is brewing on the horizon. Lord Augerill needs Idriseth for his own, mysterious purposes. And his people won't rest until the dragon is captured.
