Eddie sees a phone number written on the bathroom wall and thinks it would be fun to call it. But the person who answers surprises him and suddenly he doesn't think it's a good idea any longer.

"I saw a number written on the wall
Said for a good time call
Dial 281-7668
Hey baby, I can't wait
I got your number off the bathroom wall
Pick up the phone and I start to think
I get excited when it starts to ring
I won't say the line I always say
If it's good I'll call her every day
I got your number off the bathroom wall..."

Say Yes To Me (Steddie)

9 parts Complete Mature

Eddie and Steve are best friends. They have been since they were seven years old. And they have a game they play. Eddie tells Steve to say yes, and Steve does so. Blindly. Sometimes it turns out for the best. Sometimes Steve ends up in situations that aren't exactly ideal. And sometimes Steve turns the tables on Eddie. This is a complete AU. I've manipulated ages and timelines dramatically. This takes place in the Spring of 1986, but Steve and Eddie are both the same age, seventeen. They are juniors in high school. Eddie's parents are alive and well. Cover art is not my art. All credit to the artist.
